Executive / Senior Executive (Broking)
Job Description:
As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior brokers and contributing to the overall success of our company. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry or a related field. Mid-career candidates looking for a switch are welcome to apply.
Direct experience is not necessary but is viewed favourably. More importantly, we are looking for individuals with strong character, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior brokers in managing client accounts and delivering exceptional service.
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of insurance solutions.
- Prepare and review documentation related to insurance policies and client agreements.
- Liaise with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Support the implementation of strategic initiatives, including cross-selling and developing specialty lines.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, contributing to discussions and solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
